The role requires extensive pastry expertise, a passion for traditional Italian craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with the production team in a busy environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional pastry experience in a high-quality environment.
• Proven background in Italian patisserie, bakery or similar.
• Certificate IV in Patisserie or equivalent preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation quality.
• Ability to work in a busy, high-volume production setting.
