Eden Pasticceria is seeking a skilled and motivated Pastrycook to join our team on a full-time basis at our Five Dock location. Position Details Full-time: 38 hours per week

Salary: $79,500 per annum + 12% superannuation Location: Five Dock, NSW Work arrangement: In person

Position available for a minimum of 2 years, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business needs

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and finish a variety of pastries, cakes, biscuits, buns and other pastry products
• Prepare doughs, fillings, creams and other pastry components
• Follow recipes, production requirements and presentation standards
• Ensure consistency, quality and appropriate presentation of all products
• Monitor oven temperatures, baking times and production processes
• Check the quality of ingredients and finished products
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, equipment and baking areas
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace standards
• Assist with stock control, inventory management and ordering of ingredients
• Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen and production team

Requirements

• Relevant qualification, such as Certificate III or IV in Patisserie, or equivalent At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience
