Job summary

Scania Prestons is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our Sydney-area team. Base at Prestons, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely delivery of parts.

You will collaborate closely with the Workshop to maintain part availability and manage stock levels. The ideal candidate has experience in automotive parts sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, sales-minded approach to meet targets while

What you will do

Based in our new Prestons branch, this position plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer relationships are created and maintained to both external and internal customers.

• Build and develop customer relationships through excellent customer service
• Accurately complete relevant documentation including invoices and payment
• Work closely with the Workshop to ensure availability of parts
• Load and unload parts, bin to appropriate location
• Pick and deliver parts to customers and workshop
• Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory

Who you are

To be successful as a Parts Advisor you will have previous experience in a parts/warehouse role within the automotive industry. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes through relationship management initiatives.
