Scania Prestons in Sydney is seeking a Parts Advisor to join a high-performing team delivering outstanding customer service and automotive parts sales. You will build strong relationships with customers and colleagues while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth parts flow.

Based at Prestons, you will work with workshop staff, manage stock, assist with pricing and invoicing, load and unload parts, and support delivery to customers.

What You Will Do

Based on our new Prestons branch, this position plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer relationships are created and maintained to both external and internal customers. You will;

• Build and develop customer relationships through excellent customer service
• Accurately complete relevant documentation including invoices and payment
• Work closely with the Workshop to ensure availability of parts
• Load and unload parts, bin to appropriate location
• Pick and deliver parts to customers and workshop
• Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory

Who You Are

To be successful as a Parts Advisor you will have previous experience in a parts/warehouse role within the automotive industry. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes through relationship management initiatives.
