Qantas Group seeks a Senior Commercial Manager, Partnerships to lead the Hotels and Holidays partnerships from the Mascot corporate campus. You will oversee strategy, negotiation and implementation to drive revenue growth and margin optimisation while aligning with cross-functional squads across the business.

• 15+ years in large-scale partnerships in travel or related sectors.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce/Finance; MBA is a plus.
• Strong external stakeholder management, including C-suite interactions.
• Advanced commercial acumen with strategic, financial and KPI focus.
• Proven ability to lead across cross-functional teams and initiatives.
