Job summary

Omnicom Media Group is seeking a Trading Executive (Social) to expand hands-on paid social experience into a broader, central social craft role. You will collaborate with activation teams and platform partners to trade smarter, adopt new capabilities and improve work processes across the group.

You’ll develop specialist knowledge across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more, while helping teams leverage Omni and Synergy. A proactive mindset and hunger to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• You should have a solid grounding in paid social and understand how campaigns are set up and traded across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Becoming a trusted social platform expert for the activation team.
• Troubleshooting campaigns and supporting teams with more complex trading challenges.
• Building relationships with key social partners and gaining early exposure to new products and features.
• Testing new platform capabilities and helping roll out best practice across Omnicom Media.
• Supporting training, Lunch & Learns and platform education across teams.
• Helping teams get the most from internal technology, including Omni and Synergy.
• Improving processes, workflows and operational standards across social trading.
• Supporting campaign audits, platform governance and trading best practice.
• Working collaboratively across activation, investment, finance and the wider agency network.
