Job summary

Omnicom Media Group in Sydney is seeking an entry-level Trading Associate (Social) to kick-start a career in digital media and gain hands-on experience across paid social campaigns. You will learn to implement and optimise campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and X, while collaborating with activation teams and platform partners.

• Becoming a trusted social platform expert for our activation team
• Troubleshooting campaigns and supporting teams with more complex trading challenges
• Building relationships with our key social partners and getting early exposure to new products, features and beta opportunities
• Testing new platform capabilities and helping roll out best practice across Omnicom Media
• Supporting training, Lunch & Learns and platform education across our teams
• Helping teams get the most from our internal technology, including Omni and Synergy
• Improving processes, workflows and operational standards across social trading
• Supporting campaign audits, platform governance and trading best practice
• Working collaboratively across activation, investment, finance and our wider agency network

We're looking for a Trading Associate (Social) to join our central Omnicom Media craft team.

This is an entry-level role and a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in Digital Media and gain hands-on experience across paid social. You'll work across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and X, learning how to implement and optimise campaigns across these platforms.

You'll also partner closely with our activation teams and platform partners, helping us trade smarter, adopt new products and capabilities, and stay ahead of what's happening across the social landscape. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your exposure beyond individual campaigns and become a go-to social specialist across the wider group.
