Job summary

Swan Studio in Sydney is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, balancing client service with hands-on platform work across Meta, Google and TikTok, and to lead campaigns from brief through to delivery and review.

You'll work closely with the Head of Paid Media, translate performance data into insights, identify growth levers, and mentor junior teammates as the account base expands, with opportunities to evolve into broader strategy and leadership over

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid media with direct client ownership.
• Comfortable between client-facing work and hands-on platform work.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for accounts, from brief to delivery and performance reviews.
• Set and evolve media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok with Head of Paid Media.
• Translate performance data into insights, action plans, and client-ready reporting.
• Identify growth levers and opportunities for account expansion and present to clients.
