Kindred in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Performance Specialist to own paid media strategy and delivery across a portfolio of retail and ecommerce accounts. You will manage cross-channel campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic, ensuring six-figure monthly budgets are spent effectively.

You will lead client relationships, plan budgets, contribute to new business pitches, and mentor fellow specialists.

Competenze

• 4+ years agency-side paid media experience.
• Retail/eCommerce accounts with monthly budgets over $100k.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Merchant Center and feed optimisation.
