Job summary

The Department of Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology at Perth Children’s Hospital seeks a Senior Clinical Psychologist to deliver specialist psychological care within the State Paediatric Trauma Service. You will work with children, adolescents and families in a multidisciplinary team to address trauma-related needs and support integrated care.

Applicants must hold a Master or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and be eligible for full registration and endorsement with the Psychology

Qualifications

• Master or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and eligibility for full registration and endorsement in Clinical Psychology with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychological assessment and care planning for children, adolescents and families following acute trauma.
• Deliver high-level clinical supervision to junior clinicians and contribute to supervision across the service.
• Provide senior clinical consultation to medical and surgical teams and other health professionals.
