Qualifications

• Experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in paediatric settings.
• Ability to adapt services to meet individual needs.
• Strong engagement with children, families and external stakeholders.
• Senior clinical knowledge in the discipline.
• Experience mentoring or supervising others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and complete assessments appropriate for each client.
• Manage a caseload with complex clients using a case management approach.
• Develop, implement, evaluate and adjust tailored therapy programs aligned to client goals.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with allied health team to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Prepare home and session-based resources and activities.
