You will provide high-level administrative support and help coordinate communications, records and appointments for children and families.

The role involves managing data, rosters, payroll and other processes while building strong relationships across the Health Service and supporting rural and remote outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating healthcare services and providing high-level administrative support in specialist, outpatient or paediatric settings.
• Ability to produce clear correspondence, reports and documentation with attention to detail.
• Skilled in data collection, checking and reporting using modern computer systems.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, prioritisation, and independent/team work.
