Our client is a well-established and growing Australian business operating across multiple divisions, with approximately 500 employees nationally.

THE ROLEReporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is a broad P&C Business Partnering role. You’ll partner closely with operational leaders and managers, providing practical P&C advice and coaching across the employee lifecycle. With a large operational workforce and fluctuating recruitment volumes, no two days will look the same.
Key responsibilities will include:
We’re looking for a complete generalist business partner, who enjoys being close to the operation and getting involved in the detail. You’ll bring solid generalist P&C experience with strong end-to-end ER capability, including performance, grievance and disciplinary matters, as well as confidence coaching and partnering with managers. Experience across recruitment, awards and industrial relations will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you’ll be a strong communicator with a practical, commercial and solutions-focused approach, who can manage competing priorities, work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Industry experience isn’t essential, we’re open-minded about where you’ve come from, provided you’re comfortable working in a hands-on operational setting.
