Job summary

Western NSW Local Health District Bathurst NSW is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to manage a mixed caseload across ED, ICU, acute, rehabilitation wards, paediatric outpatient services, and community outreach. The role includes supervision of students and involvement in rural health initiatives with CSU.

This permanent full-time position offers a salary of AUD 121,568.00–125,507.00 per year, with superannuation, salary packaging options and NSW Health incentives (conditions apply).

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with current practicing certificate.
• Experience in ED/ICU or acute rehab preferred.
• Willingness to supervise students and engage in rural health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services across ED, ICU, acute and rehab wards, outpatients, and community settings.
• Develop and implement client-centred treatment plans.
• Join and contribute to a multidisciplinary team and supervise students.
