NSW Health is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to manage a mixed caseload across ED, ICU, acute and rehabilitation wards, and outpatient services in Bathurst. The role includes supervising undergraduate OT students and contributing to rural clinical education initiatives.

The role offers 38 hours per week, a salary of $121,568.00 - $125,507.00 per year plus superannuation and salary packaging options, with NSW Health incentives where applicable. Applications close 28 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experienced occupational therapist with ability to work across multiple clinical areas (ED, ICU, acute and rehabilitation wards).
• Willingness to supervise undergraduate OT students and participate in Rural Clinical School initiative.
