Ability Action Australia is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Leppington or surrounding areas. Full time or part time roles are available, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

You will manage complex NDIS caseloads, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and provide supervision to junior clinicians and students. The role includes career growth, strong support, and competitive benefits across Australia.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 4 years clinical experience including experience working with NDIS participants.
• Experience supervising other Clinicians and Students.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students.
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions.
• Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery.
