Job summary

Collaborate Recruitment in Sutherland Shire is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Management Stream Lead for a 12-month contract. You will drive enterprise-wide transformation across engineering, asset management, operations and regulatory functions to ensure licensing and safety alignment.

The role requires mature leadership, credibility and the ability to engage senior executives and external stakeholders in complex, safety-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience across executive and regulatory stakeholders.
• Experience in highly regulated environments (Aviation, Mining, Oil and Gas, Rail, Pharma) is advantageous.
• Experience in licensing health, operational conditions and compliance requirements.
• Excellent program and stakeholder management capability.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver momentum.

Responsibilities

• Lead an enterprise-wide transformation across multiple functions and regulatory domains.
• Drive significant operational, cultural and regulatory change within a safety-critical environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, asset management, operations, safety, risk and regulatory stakeholders to ensure licensing and safety alignment.
• Oversee artefacts, processes and controls to maintain licences to operate.
