Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a premier manufacturing operation in the South West of WA. The role oversees the maintenance function, drives reliability, and leads a skilled maintenance team to minimise downtime.

This is a senior leadership position offering autonomy and strong relocation support for the right candidate. The position is based in the South West of WA with Monday–Friday daytime hours and a salary in the 140k–160k AUD range plus super.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Superintendent or similar.
• Strong manufacturing, FMCG or industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge.

I am seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in the South West of WA.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance function, improving plant reliability, minimising downtime and leading a skilled maintenance team.

• Manage preventative, planned and reactive maintenance programs
• Drive plant reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement
• Manage contractors, budgets and maintenance compliance

About You

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Superintendent or similar
• Strong manufacturing, FMCG or industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge
• Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
