Endotherapeutics Pty Ltd. in Sydney is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for outsourced services. This permanent, full-time role is based in Sydney and includes one day of work-from-home after probation.

You will own the largest client contract end-to-end, lead a large, award-based workforce, manage KPI performance and staffing, and maintain a strong client relationship. You’ll act as the escalation point and collaborate with leadership on strategic issues.

• Led large, award-based teams in 24/7 or shift-based operations.
• Managed a service contract from the supplier side with KPI, staffing and client relationship.
• Acted as the final escalation point for people and contract issues.
• Handled performance, conduct, WHS and Fair Work matters firsthand.
• Maintained a demanding client relationship during challenging periods.

Responsabilidades

• Own the contract end-to-end, including delivery, performance and client relationship.
• Act as escalation point for contract and people matters, making risk-based decisions.
• Lead a small team covering contract management and people delivery.
• Oversee a large award-based workforce, including planning, recruitment and training.
• Handle complex people matters such as performance, conduct, WHS claims and Fair Work matters.
• Ensure contractual KPIs are met, particularly staffing levels and turnover.
• Build trusted relationships with the client's operational and contract teams.
• Step in and bring people together when incidents or urgent client issues arise.
• Spot opportunities for wider services and refer them to the commercial team.
