Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior consultant or architect in cloud-native/container technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), including installation and day-2 operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes concepts such as pods, services, deployments, and operators.
• Experience with DevOps and GitOps practices and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Red Hat Consulting engagements, owning the full project lifecycle from design to implementation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Red Hat OpenShift at the client site, addressing strategic IT needs.
• Design and implement OpenShift solutions that integrate with existing infrastructure (networking, storage, security, identity).
• Mentor customer teams on containerisation and OpenShift administration.
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for automated delivery.
• Produce architecture designs, runbooks, and project reports for stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and hands-on support for OpenShift upgrades and performance tuning.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and communicate progress to stakeholders.
