Job summary

Monadelphous invites an experienced Materials & Logistics Coordinator to join our Perth team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will coordinate materials from planning through to delivery for offshore maintenance and shutdown works, liaising with procurement, supply chain and project stakeholders to keep operations efficient and safe.

You will manage inventories, support freight and warehousing, and identify delivery risks while maintaining accurate records and ensuring alignment with safety

Qualifications

  • Experience in materials, logistics or project coordination.
  • Experience in oil & gas, resources, maintenance or shutdown environments.
  • Strong knowledge of materials management and logistics processes.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident using materials management, ERP or similar systems.
  • Offshore or FPSO experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Materials & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in a permanent, full-time position based in Perth. This role will provide materials and logistics coordination support for offshore maintenance and shutdown activities, ensuring materials, equipment and resources are effectively planned, tracked and available to support operational requirements. Working closely with project, maintenance, procurement and logistics teams, you will play an important role in coordinating materials from planning through to delivery, while maintaining accurate records and supporting safe and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate materials and logistics requirements for maintenance and shutdown activities.
  • Monitor and track materials, equipment and deliveries to meet project schedules.
  • Liaise with procurement, supply chain, vendors and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate mobilisation and transportation of materials to site.
  • Maintain accurate material status, inventory and logistics records.
  • Identify potential material shortages or delivery risks and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support planning activities to ensure materials are available when required.
  • Assist with freight, warehousing and general logistics coordination.
  • Ensure activities are completed in accordance with relevant safety, quality and project requirements.
What you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in materials, logistics, supply chain or project coordination.
  • Experience within the oil & gas, resources, maintenance or shutdown environment.
  • Strong knowledge of materials management and logistics processes.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence using materials management, ERP or similar systems.
  • Previous experience supporting offshore or FPSO operations will be highly regarded.
