  • Develop and enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards and performance measures that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate findings into meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations that support governance, planning and decision-making across the Western Victorian Primary Health Network and the Institute for Health Transformation.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience interpreting data, identifying trends and informing evidence-based decision-making.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, performance measures and reporting frameworks that support organisational objectives and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and communicate insights clearly through high-quality reports, briefings and presentations.
  • An understanding of healthcare, public health, research, evaluation or related sectors, with an appreciation for how data and insights can inform strategy, performance and outcomes.
