This is an opportunity to help strengthen the impact of the Institute for Health Transformation's (IHT) and the Western Victorian Primary Health Networks strategic partnerships through evidence-based evaluation and continuous improvement. As Partnership Evaluation Coordinator, you will play a key role in gathering, analysing and translating data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making, demonstrate the value of partnership initiatives and support IHT's mission to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for communities.
Working across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure partnership activities are effectively evaluated, outcomes are measured, and opportunities for improvement are identified. Your work will contribute to stronger partnerships, enhanced collaboration and greater impact for IHT, Deakin and the communities we serve.
Beyond delivering high-quality evaluation and reporting, you will foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement, helping stakeholders use evidence and insights to inform future priorities and maximise the value of partnership investments. Through your contribution, evaluation will become a valuable tool for strengthening collaboration, demonstrating impact and supporting IHT's strategic objectives and long-term success.
