Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end office relocation and workplace infrastructure projects within a large enterprise environment in Melbourne.

You will manage planning, fit-out coordination, technology readiness, and transition to business-as-usual operations, working with facilities, builders, contractors, and technology vendors to minimise disruption and deliver reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering office relocation or workplace infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management across planning, delivery, risk, and governance reporting.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within complex environments.
• Solid understanding of workplace infrastructure technologies including network, AV, and Wi‑Fi.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in enterprise or corporate environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of office relocation and workplace infrastructure projects.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and governance reporting.
• Coordinate builders, fit-out contractors, and technology vendors across relocation activities.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of infrastructure including network, AV, Wi‑Fi, cabling, and workplace technology.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business, facilities, and technology teams.
• Manage transition and occupancy readiness activities to minimise operational disruption.
