Peninsula Health is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to provide clinical leadership and operational management within the Transition Care Program (TCP) based across sites in the Mornington Peninsula, including Frankston. You will lead OT service delivery, supervision and education for staff and students, while contributing to quality improvement.

The role supports older adults at the interface between hospital, community and home, aiming to minimise unnecessary admissions while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Current AHPRA registration – Occupational Therapy, with no restrictions
• Experience in leadership and supervising staff and students

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and operational management of OT services within TCP
• Supervise and educate OT staff and students
• Manage caseloads, resources and contribute to service development and quality improvement
