Job summary

Bayside Health is seeking a Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join the Transition Care Program (TCP) in Frankston. You will deliver comprehensive assessments and therapies across an aged care caseload, coordinating with patients, families and the RAPPS team.

The role requires AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (and ideally a Masters), plus a minimum of two years’ experience with older adults. On-site parking and salary packaging benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience with older adults
• Current AHPRA general registration
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Commitment to professional development

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality assessment and therapy for a diverse aged care caseload (orthopaedic, neurological, respiratory, falls)
• Collaborate with patients, families and the healthcare team
• Contribute to service improvement and support Allied Health Assistants and students
• Promote independence and wellbeing through evidence-based practice
