Job summary

National 360 is seeking an Occupational Therapist to shape a caseload across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, and general community work. Flexible scheduling and work-from-home options are available, with regular in-office days at our Leederville location.

You will receive regular supervision, ongoing professional development, and collaborative support from a team of OTs, speech pathologists, and other allied health professionals.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration (or pending)
  • Australian working rights (or pending)
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in community, private or acute settings
  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
  • NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Shape a caseload across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
  • Enjoy flexibility with your schedule and option to work from home, with designated office days at Leederville.
  • Build clinical confidence with regular supervision, professional development and career support.
  • Join a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, behaviour support practitioners and physiotherapists.
  • Motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience beneficial but not essential.

About You

  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • You have current AHPRA registration (or pending).
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • You have a minimum of 1 + years experience in community, private or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
  • You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
