Job summary

SAL Consulting is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Darwin team, blending clinical work with mentoring and discipline development. Based in Darwin, you’ll work across diverse practice areas and contribute to national practice growth.

You’ll engage in leadership, supervision and professional development while supporting complex cases and collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Unconditional General Registration with AHPRA.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening, or the ability to obtain these prior to commencement.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings.
• Provide assessment, intervention and consultation services to people with diverse and often complex needs.
• Mentor and coach developing practitioners and contribute to discipline growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic and person-centred outcomes.
