Job summary

SAL Consulting is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist in Darwin, NT. You will deliver high-quality Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings, and provide assessment, intervention and consultation to diverse needs.

Mentoring and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be core aspects of the role. The role offers leadership opportunities, professional development and a trauma-informed, client-centred practice culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening, or ability to obtain prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings.
• Provide assessment, intervention and consultation services to people with diverse and often complex needs.
• Mentor developing practitioners and support discipline growth and service development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic and person-centred outcomes.
