Ability Action Australia is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Leppington or surrounding areas. The role offers full-time or part-time arrangements, with flexible hours to fit your lifestyle, and a strong focus on NDIS participants and their families.

You will manage complex caseloads, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide supervision to junior clinicians and students, and contribute to service improvement projects.

Qualificações

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 4 years clinical experience including experience working with NDIS participants.
• Experience supervising other Clinicians and Students.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a complex caseload with NDIS participants and families.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students.
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions.
• Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery.
