Job summary

Ability Action Australia is hiring a Senior Occupational Therapist in Leppington or surrounding areas. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with the flexibility to tailor days and times to suit your lifestyle.

You’ll manage complex caseloads for NDIS participants, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and provide supervision to junior clinicians and students. AHPRA registration and 4+ years of experience are required, with opportunities for professional development and regular CPD

• Minimum 4 years clinical experience, including NDIS participants.
• Experience supervising other clinicians and students.

In this role you will:

• Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions
• Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery

Qualifications

About you

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 4 years clinical experience including experience working with NDIS participants.
• Experience supervising other Clinicians and Students.
