Job summary

MedHealth in Sydney is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Leppington or surrounding areas. This role offers either full-time or part-time arrangements to suit your lifestyle, with a focus on delivering high-quality NDIS services to participants and families.

You will manage a complex caseload, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior clinicians and students.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 4 years clinical experience including experience working with NDIS participants.
• Experience supervising other Clinicians and Students.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload with NDIS participants and families.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and external stakeholders.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior clinicians and students.
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions.
• Lead projects to improve clinical practice or service delivery.
