Qualifications

• A medical practitioner eligible for specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
• Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
• Proven clinical skills and experience in tertiary obstetric care (antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality outpatient and in-patient obstetric clinical services.
• Participate in emergency on-call obstetric services for the Royal Women’s Hospital.
• Contribute to training registrars, residents and medical students attached to the Women’s.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and guideline reviews.
• Assist heads of units with administrative and quality initiatives.
