Campbelltown City Council is seeking two Nominated Supervisors for Education and Care Services in Campbelltown. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead continuous improvement to deliver high-quality care for children aged 0-12 years.

The roles are permanent full-time, 35 hours per week, with a fortnightly salary range of $3,967.35–$4,294.29 plus 12% superannuation. Relevant ACECQA qualifications and regulatory knowledge are required.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma Education and Care qualification recognised as ACECQA approved.
• Knowledge of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, NQF.
• 12 months relevant work experience and/or childcare management training.
• Awareness of Child Care Subsidy and related processes.
• Knowledge and experience with PC application software.

Aufgaben

• Provide supervision, mentoring, direction and leadership to staff, trainees and students within a Long Day Care service.
• Ensure the service adheres to DoE/DoE Communities regulations and maintains high standards for Assessment and Rating.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and grow the childcare service.

Ausbildung

Diploma Education and Care qualification recognised as ACECQA-approved

Education and Care Services National Regulations knowledge

12 months relevant work experience or childcare management training

Working with Children Check, First Aid and asthma/anaphylaxis training

Understanding of Child Care Subsidy
