Job summary

Campbelltown City Council in Campbelltown NSW seeks two Nominated Supervisors to lead a Long Day Care service, oversee staff, trainees and students, and ensure compliance with Education and Care Services regulations. You will drive quality care and continuous improvement in our childcare programs.

We offer 2 permanent full-time positions (35 hours per week), a fortnightsalary of $3,967.35–$4,294.29 plus 12% super, generous leave, and professional development opportunities within a supportive

Qualifications

• Diploma Education and Care qualification recognised by ACECQA.
• Ability to maintain Nominated Supervisor role per regulatory framework.
• Understanding of National Regulations, NQF and child development 0–12 years.
• 12 months relevant work experience and/or child care management training.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, mentoring and leadership to staff, trainees and students.
• Ensure service adheres to DoE/Community regulations and high standards of assessment and rating.
• Drive continuous improvement projects within the service.
• Contribute to staff development and quality care for children.
