Job summary

The Missing Link is inviting expressions of interest for a hands-on Network & Systems Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure across networking, identity services, server platforms, endpoint management and ITSM. This contract role focuses on stable operations, security, and modernization within a large-scale environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering or related enterprise technology roles.
• Hands-on Cisco networking expertise.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Conditional Access environments.
• Experience delivering SCCM/Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience performing infrastructure migrations and upgrade activities.
• Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management capabilities.
• Exceptional documentation and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise Cisco switching, routing and wireless environments.
• Administer Active Directory environments, including Domain Controllers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Sites & Services.
• Support Microsoft 365 identity and access services.
• Maintain endpoint management standards and operational effectiveness.
• Operate and maintain network monitoring solutions (ManageEngine).
• Coordinate resolution of operational issues with vendors and MSPs.
• Deliver server upgrade and migration activities and DFS migration tasks.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
