• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation or provide senior-level oversight during crises.

Mid to Senior-Level Network Operations Specialist

The Mid to Senior-Level Network Operations Specialist is a critical member of the IT Infrastructure team, responsible for overseeing the operational performance, availability, and scalability of enterprise-wide network systems. This position combines hand-on technical expertise with operational leadership to ensure the secure, reliable, and optimal delivery of networking services across data centers, branch offices, cloud environments, and remote users.

Operating at a senior technical tier, the role requires deep knowledge of networking protocols and architectures, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to guide and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset to monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement of network operations while contributing to architectural decisions and strategic infrastructure planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complex LAN/WAN environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, and wireless infrastructure.
