Qualifications
- Experience in network planning, property analytics, strategy, commercial analytics, retail analytics, and/or BI.
- Strong analytical and modelling capability translating data into insights.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, forecasting, or spatial/GIS tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic optimisation of the Officeworks property network.
- Analyse network performance, space productivity and market trends.
- Develop predictive models and insights for store planning and growth.
- Assess demographics, trade areas, competitors, and customer demand.
- Create dashboards and automated reporting for stakeholders.
- Support business cases, capital investments, leases, and refurbishments.
- Collaborate with Property, Finance, Operations and Executives.
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.
