Job summary

• Strong analytical and modelling capability translating data into insights.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, forecasting, or spatial/GIS tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.

About the role

Are you passionate about using data and insights to shape business strategy? As our Senior Network Strategy Partner, you'll play a critical role in influencing the future of the Officeworks property network. This is an exciting opportunity to combine commercial thinking, advanced analytics, and strategic planning to optimise our national footprint and support major investment decisions across all our property assets, from stores, to supply chain and our local and global support offices.

Working closely with Property, Finance, Operations and Executive leaders, you'll provide the insights that drive store growth, network performance, space optimisation, and long-term portfolio strategy. Through predictive modelling, spatial analytics, and modern reporting tools, you'll help ensure every property asset, square metre, and investment decision delivers maximum value.

Where you'll make a difference

• Lead the strategic optimisation of the Officeworks property network, identifying opportunities for growth, relocation, re-negotiation and portfolio enhancement.
• Analyse network performance, space productivity, and market trends to inform commercial and investment decisions.
• Develop predictive models and insights that support store planning, revenue growth, and portfolio performance.
• Assess demographics, trade areas, competitors, and customer demand to identify opportunities and risks.
• Create dashboards and automated reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support for business cases, capital investments, lease renewals, refurbishments, and new store opportunities.
• Partner with Property, Finance, Operations, and Executive leaders to influence strategic decision-making.
• Present data-driven recommendations and market insights to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

About you

You'll be a commercially minded analytics professional who enjoys solving complex business problems and influencing strategic decisions through data. You'll bring:

• Experience in network planning, property analytics, strategy, commercial analytics, retail analytics, and / or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical and modelling capability with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, analytics, forecasting, or spatial/GIS tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting insights to and influencing senior leaders.
• A curious mindset and a passion for using data to drive tangible business outcomes.
