Job summary

Officeworks is seeking a Senior Network Strategy Partner to shape the national property network, drive store growth, and optimise portfolio value through advanced analytics and predictive modelling.

You will collaborate with Property, Finance, Operations and Executive leaders to deliver insights that inform major investments and network strategy. A strong background in analytics, retail networks and BI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in network planning, property analytics, strategy and retail analytics.
• Strong analytical and modelling capabilities to translate data into insights.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, forecasting, or spatial/GIS tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
• A curious mindset and data-driven approach to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic optimisation of the Officeworks property network and portfolio.
• Analyse network performance, space productivity and market trends for decision support.
• Develop predictive models and insights for store planning and growth.
• Assess demographics, trade areas, competitors and customer demand.
• Create dashboards and automated reporting for stakeholders.
• Support business cases, capital investments, lease renewals and refurbishments.
• Partner with leadership to influence strategic decisions.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior executives.
