Cube Networks Pty is seeking a passionate Level 4 Network Security Engineer or Technical Lead to guide our Managed Services MS Network Security team from our Southbank, Melbourne HQ with flexible work options.

You will lead incident responses, deliver high-quality customer outcomes, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders across engineering and customer teams. Prior MS experience and ITIL are valued.

Qualifications

• Level 4 network engineer with certifications in Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet or Juniper.
• Strong problem-solving ability with confidence in technical decisions.
• Experience managing customer deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• ITIL certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead MS Network Security team to deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive outcomes and improvements.
• Manage major incidents effectively and provide technical guidance.
• Support customers and partners with proactive improvements.
