Infosys is seeking a Network Engineer (L4) to join our ENM TechOps team across Australia with locations in Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide. The role offers flexible hybrid work and an opportunity to work on high‑level network and security escalations within a large enterprise environment.

As the L4 escalation authority, you will diagnose complex issues, guide L2/L3 engineers, conduct root cause analysis, and define permanent fixes across Palo Alto, Aruba, Netscaler, Fortigate, Juniper and SD‑WAN

Qualifications

• Experience as Level 4 escalation engineer in enterprise networks.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching and network security.
• Ability to lead root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the final technical escalation point (Level 4) for major incidents and high‑risk changes.
• Provide expert guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders for swift resolutions.
• Lead deep root‑cause analysis and define permanent corrective actions.
