Resolve Recruit Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Melbourne CBD.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of key infrastructure initiatives across Waterfall and Agile environments, managing Fixed Price and Time & Material contracts in a hybrid setup. The role requires a strong background in IT infrastructure projects, active AGSVA Baseline Clearance (or eligibility to obtain it), and proven experience with

Qualifications

• Must hold an active AGSVA Baseline Clearance, or be an Australian Citizen eligible and willing to obtain and maintain one.
• Strong background delivering complex IT Infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record applying both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office 365; Experience with PPPM platforms is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience delivering Fixed Price and Time & Material projects.
• Ability to work on-site in Melbourne CBD 3 days per week.

Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Work Type: Full Time

Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 pkg (Inc. Super)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the Melbourne CBD. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of key infrastructure initiatives across both Waterfall and Agile environments, managing projects across Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) delivery models in a flexible hybrid arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage project delivery models including Fixed Price and Time & Material contracts.
• Drive project schedules, scope, risk, and resource management using hybrid (Waterfall & Agile) frameworks.
• Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain program and portfolio tracking using PPPM platforms and project management tools.

Skills & Experience
