Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing LAN/WAN, firewalls, SD-WAN, and wireless networks.
• Proven ability to lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Experience documenting SOPs and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complex LAN/WAN environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, and wireless infrastructure.
• Serve as an escalation point for high-severity incidents and conduct end-to-end root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Lead the deployment and optimization of enterprise network monitoring tools
• Implement and enforce network security best practices in collaboration with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
• Coordinate and execute planned maintenance, firmware upgrades, configuration changes, and network migrations.
• Analyze network capacity trends and recommend improvements to support scalability and performance optimization.
• Support change management processes, including scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and network reconfigurations.
• Participate in network design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions that align with business goals.
• Document technical processes, develop SOPs, and mentor junior network staff.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes in accordance with ITIL standards.
