Job summary

Responsibilities include handling project work, enhancements, and remediation across network and gateway systems, ensuring timely issue resolution and robust infrastructure operations in a formal government environment.

Qualifications

• Provide network support including installing, configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot networking issues within defined timeframes.
• Perform routine maintenance including updates, patches, and system upgrades.
• Implement and manage major/minor project work to support Departmental initiatives.
• Undertaking enhancement and remediation activities across network and gateway systems.
• Configure and deploy virtual services and servers per the applications operating model.
