Job summary

Canon Business Services ANZ is seeking a Network Engineer to deliver enterprise network solutions across Australia. You will work on diverse network projects, collaborating with senior engineers and customers to design, deploy and optimise Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/Palo Alto environments.

The role offers hybrid work with flexibility and the chance to work with a supportive team across Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering network implementations in a MSP/Managed Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and security.
• Hands-on with enterprise platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto).
• Ability to design, deploy and troubleshoot network solutions across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Vendor certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSE, Aruba or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver network infrastructure projects across enterprise customer environments
• Assist with the design, implementation and testing of networking solutions
• Support senior engineers on large-scale customer engagements
• Consult with customers to understand technical and business requirements
• Configure and deploy routing, switching, wireless and security technologies
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and project deliverables
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
• Provide technical guidance and support during project transitions to operational teams
