Data#3 is expanding its Managed Services team in Perth. We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to act as a technical advisor on complex networking environments, delivering strategic guidance and solution recommendations.

This hybrid role fits candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy shaping modern network architectures. You will lead investigations, implement automation, and partner with customers to optimise performance, reliability and cost efficiency within Data#3's

Qualifications

Senior network engineering experience in complex environments.
Ability to design, deploy and optimise large-scale networks.
Strong documentation and Change/Incident management capability.

Responsibilities

Advise customers on strategic network solutions across complex environments.
Identify opportunities for automation and standardisation.
Lead investigation and resolution of major incidents and outages.
Provide value-driven solutions within Data#3 delivery capability.
Document site schematics and change control records.
Analyze customer environments to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Operate environments under ITIL processes including Change, Incident, Problem and Capacity management.
Meet SLAs and manage time to complete tasks.
Perform datacentre visits for troubleshooting and upgrades.
