Job summary

TriCare, a leading Queensland provider of retirement communities and aged care facilities, seeks a Senior Network Engineer to own the network services across our sites and corporate offices. You will design, implement, and secure LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless and cloud-connected solutions to support residents, staff and operations.

Reporting to the CIO, you will manage projects, ensure uptime, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining documentation and security controls across multisite

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise networking across LAN/WAN
• Hands-on with security controls, VPNs and SD-WAN
• Ability to document designs, configurations and changes clearly

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, internet and wireless solutions.
• Lead network projects for new facilities, upgrades, relocations and acquisitions.
• Develop secure cloud connectivity for Azure, Microsoft 365 and SaaS platforms.
• Create scalable network designs to support care services and operations.
• Manage switches, routers, firewalls, wireless infrastructure and monitoring tools.
• Triage issues with carriers, vendors and internal teams to restore services.
