Job summary

Tribus is seeking a hands-on Senior Network Engineer in Sydney to own the infrastructure behind trading and non-trading activity across APAC. You’ll lead end-to-end data centre deployments, manage multi-zone firewall architecture and fix latency challenges.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior network roles, experience with Arista and Cisco, and a networks-as-code mindset. This role offers close collaboration with developers and hardware engineers and opportunities to shape global

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a senior network engineer or architect with proven on-box experience.
• Designed, built and supported data centre, LAN and WAN environments.
• Experienced with low-latency networks.
• Managed networks as code, not just from the CLI.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end APAC data centre deployments, including network and security platforms.
• Multi-zone, multi-tier firewall architecture across APAC.
• Arista and Cisco, all managed as Infrastructure as Code.
• Automating, monitoring and benchmarking for reliability, capacity and latency.
