Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in software development and delivering solutions.
• Strong skills in software development and encompassing technologies.
• Experience in software and database design and architecture.
• Experience implementing solutions on multi-mode platforms such as web, desktop and mobile.
• Solid understanding of technology and development methodologies and enterprise-level systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical direction, make architectural and design decisions, set coding standards, and ensure the team builds things right.
• Review code, answer technical questions, and keep developers on track.
• Turn product requirements into technical plans and explain details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Own the technical health of the codebase: reviews, testing practices, and reliability.
• Communicate and report on technical activities to stakeholders and the CTO.
• Provide reports and updates in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement and deploy technical solutions.
• Work on individual projects as outlined by the CTO or key stakeholders.
• Create design documents according to guidelines.
• Implement technical solutions to satisfy requirements.
